{"id":2161,"date":"2011-11-29T22:41:52","date_gmt":"2011-11-29T19:41:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.clickanvelope.ro\/blog\/?p=2161"},"modified":"2011-11-29T22:41:52","modified_gmt":"2011-11-29T19:41:52","slug":"utqgs-%e2%80%93-standarde-de-clasificare-uniforma-a-calitatatii-anvelopei","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.clickanvelope.ro\/blog\/utqgs-%e2%80%93-standarde-de-clasificare-uniforma-a-calitatatii-anvelopei.htm","title":{"rendered":"UTQGS \u2013 Standarde de Clasificare  Uniforma a Calitatatii  Anvelopei"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.clickanvelope.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/UTQGS1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2164 alignleft\" title=\"UTQGS\" src=\"http:\/\/www.clickanvelope.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/UTQGS1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"126\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Documentul UTQGS\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Standarde\u00a0de Clasificare\u00a0 Uniforma\u00a0a Calitatatii\u00a0 Anvelopei este componenta a Codului de Reguli Federale al SUA (Code of Federal Regulations &#8211; CFR), titlul 49 \u2013 Transporturi, Subtitlul B \u2013 Alte regulamente referitoare la transporturi, Capitolul V \u2013 Administrarea Securitatii Traficului pe Drumuri Nationale, Departamentul de Transporturi (partile 501-599), Partea 575 \u2013 Informatii pentru consumatori, Subpartea B \u2013 Regulamente;Elemente de informare a consumatorului (\u00a7575.101-575.102 to \u00a7575.106), Sectiunea 575.104<\/p>\n<p>Scopul acestui document il constituie asigurarea sprijinirii consumatorilor\u00a0in a face alegeri\u00a0in cunostinta de cauza\u00a0prin implementarea unui sistem uniform de informatii ce trebuie inscriptionate\u00a0pe anvelopele pentru autovehicule,\u00a0referitoare la performantele\u00a0lor relative\u00a0la\u00a0uzura benzii de rulare, tractiune\u00a0si\u00a0temperatura.<\/p>\n<p>Toate\u00a0anvelopele de autoturisme,\u00a0microbuze\u00a0si camionete\u00a0vandute in\u00a0Statele Unite\u00a0trebuie sa fie\u00a0clasificate si\u00a0etichetate cu\u00a0informatii privind\u00a0<strong>uzura<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>benzii de rulare<\/strong>,\u00a0 <strong>temperatura<\/strong> (caldura acumulata)\u00a0si <strong>tractiunea<\/strong>. Aceste\u00a0evaluari\u00a0sunt destinate\u00a0 pentru a\u00a0ajuta consumatorii sa\u00a0compare\u00a0mai usor anvelopele.<\/p>\n<p>Producatorii\u00a0care vand\u00a0<span class='wp_keywordlink'><a href=\"http:\/\/www.anvelope.ro\" title=\"anvelope \" target=\"_blank\">anvelope<\/a><\/span>\u00a0in Statele Unite\u00a0trebuie sa treaca\u00a0o serie\u00a0de\u00a0teste prevazute in documentul sus citat si sub supravegherea NHTSA\u00a0(National Highway and Traffic Safety Administration).\u00a0Pe baza rezultatelor\u00a0testelor, producatorii sunt apoi\u00a0responsabili pentru atribuirea\u00a0clasificarilor pentru produsele lor care sunt apoi imprimate prin vulcanizare pe flancul anvelopelor .<\/p>\n<p>Elementele in discutie sunt:<\/p>\n<p><em>Uzura<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>benzii de rulare<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Inscriptionarea pe anvelopa se face prin cuvantul <strong><em>TREADWEAR<\/em><\/strong>, urmat de un numar din trei cifre,\u00a0 de obicei de la 100 in sus. Cu cat este mai mare acest numar, cu atat anvelopa va rezista mai bine in timp la uzura normala.<\/p>\n<p>Gradatiile uzurii\u00a0benzii de rulare sunt\u00a0o evaluare\u00a0 bazata pe rata relativa de\u00a0uzura\u00a0a anvelopei\u00a0 atunci cand este testata\u00a0pe 6.000 mile\u00a0in conditii controlate\u00a0pe\u00a0un drum\u00a0de testare specificat de\u00a0NHTSA.\u00a0In\u00a0 clasificarea\u00a0 anvelopelor,\u00a0de exemplu,\u00a0o evaluare\u00a0150\u00a0 inseamna ca o anvelopa se uzeaza identic, intr-un interval de timp de 1,5 ori mai mare, fata de o anvelopa clasificata 100, in aceleasi conditii de rulaj . \u00a0Amintiti-va,\u00a0totusi,\u00a0faptul ca\u00a0 performanta la uzura\u00a0poate depinde, de asemenea,\u00a0de caracteristicile\u00a0de conducere ale soferului\u00a0si de\u00a0conditiile de drum.<\/p>\n<p><em>Tractiunea<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Inscriptionarea se face prin cuvantul <strong><em>TRACTION<\/em><\/strong>, urmat de unul din urmatorii indici :\u00a0<strong>AA, A, B <\/strong><strong>sau<\/strong><strong>\u00a0 C.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Clasele\u00a0de tractiune sunt\u00a0AA\u00a0(cel mai mare),\u00a0A, B si\u00a0C.\u00a0Evaluarea\u00a0se bazeaza pe un test de franare in mediu umed la o\u00a0viteza redusa\u00a0(40 mph) si\u00a0indica, in general,\u00a0capacitatea\u00a0de tractiune\u00a0a\u00a0benzii de rulare\u00a0la franare in\u00a0linie dreapta.\u00a0Datorita\u00a0vitezei mici si\u00a0asperitatilor relative ale suprafetei de incercare, rezultatele nu\u00a0sunt foarte afectate\u00a0de\u00a0profilul benzii de rulare.\u00a0De asemenea, clasificarea\u00a0nu indica\u00a0capacitatea\u00a0relativa a anvelopei\u00a0de a genera\u00a0forta\u00a0de virare\u00a0sau\u00a0rezistenta\u00a0la acvaplanare.<\/p>\n<p><em>Temperatura<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Inscriptionarea se face prin cuvantul <strong><em>TEMPERATURE<\/em><\/strong>, urmat de unul din indicii :\u00a0<strong>A, B <\/strong><strong>sau<\/strong><strong>\u00a0 C.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Clasele\u00a0de temperatura\u00a0sunt\u00a0A\u00a0(cea mai mare),\u00a0B\u00a0si C.\u00a0Ele indica\u00a0rezistenta\u00a0unei anvelope\u00a0la generarea\u00a0de caldura si\u00a0capacitatea sa de a\u00a0disipa caldura\u00a0atunci cand este testata\u00a0in conditii controlate pe o roata\u00a0de test \u00a0in conditii specifice de\u00a0laborator.\u00a0O temperatura ridicata permanenta (de exemplu,\u00a0 conducere\u00a0pe distante lungi, pe vreme\u00a0calda) poate cauza degenerarea materialului anvelopei si\u00a0reducerea duratei de viata.<\/p>\n<p>Temperatura\u00a0excesiva\u00a0 poate duce, de asemenea,\u00a0la avarierea brusca a anvelopei. Gradul C\u00a0 corespunde unui\u00a0 nivel de performanta pe care\u00a0toate pneurile\u00a0de autoturisme\u00a0trebuie sa il respecte\u00a0in conformitate cu\u00a0standardele\u00a0NHTSA.
