										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Intercooler-ul</strong> este montat (si necesar) doar pe masinile cu admisie fortata de aer. Cele 2 principale moduri de admisie fortata de aer sunt folosirea <strong>unei turbine sau a unui compresor mecanic</strong> (mai exista si alte moduri cum ar fi solutii hibride, multi-turbina etc). Deoarece aerul este comprimat de turbina (sau compresor) si deoarece turbina (compresorul mai putin) este incinsa, <strong>aerul comprimat se incalzeste puternic</strong> (peste 100 de grade celsius) si are tendinta de a se decomprima micsorand sau chiar anuland aproape efectul. Pentru a preveni acest lucru se monteaza un intercooler.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Pozitiile de montaj standard</strong> sunt 3, in ordine descrescatoare a preferintei producatorilor:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>a. In fata, lateral</strong> (SMIC = Side Mounted InterCooler)<strong></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>b. In fata, central</strong> (FMIC = Front Mounted InterCooler)</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>c. Cu priza de aer sub capota</strong> (in general SUV-uri)</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Cea mai eficienta pozitie pentru racire este FMIC. Cu cat aerul admis este mai rece, <strong>randamentul motorului termic va creste</strong>, si in plus cu cat aerul este mai rece cu atat <strong>temperatura postcombustie este mai mica</strong> si stresul intern al pieselor interne ale motorului este mai mic ducand la o fiabilitate mai buna. Din pacate un intercooler este o piesa scumpa.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Ideal este ca un intercooler</strong> sa aiba suprafatele scaldate de gaze (cea interioara si cea exterioara) cat mai mari, dar si volum cat mai mic si cadere de presiune cat mai mica. <strong>Suprafetele mari permit </strong>schimbul cat mai eficient de caldura, volumul cat mai mic micsoreaza turbo-lag-ul, dar duc inerent la <strong>o cadere de presiune mai mare </strong>micsorand randamentul de supra-alimentare. Prezenta intercooler-ului sau chiar a unui intercooler mai mare decat cel din fabrica mai poate avea si o <strong>utilitate de salvare a motorului</strong> de la un dezastru hidraulic. Mai exact situatii in care turbina &#8220;se face praf&#8221; si se pierde o <strong>cantitate mare de ulei in admisia de aer</strong> (cantitate mare = 1,5L &#8211; 2L de ulei). Acest lucru ar insemna moarte sigura a motorului fara intercooler.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Roata autovehicului indeplineste <strong>multiple functii</strong> printre care: spijin de sol al vehiculului, transmite catre sol a fortelor pe directie longitudinala necesare propulsarii si franarii, transmite catre sol a fortelor pe directie transversala pentru virare, amortizeaza socurile produse de neregularitatile drumului.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Anvelopa</strong> = corp toroidal elasto-amortizor cu structura complexa; corpul este format din anvelopa, valva si camera de aer.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Janta</strong> = parte a rotii pe care se monteaza anvelopa si care se fixeazape butucul rotii.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong> </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Carcasa cauciuc = </strong>partea principala a anvelopei, care are rolul de a asigura rezistenta mecanica la presiunea aerului din interior si la fortele radiale, tangentiale si laterale din exterior.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Brekerul</strong> = straturi de cord cauciucat plasate intre carcasa si protector, in zona de rulare. Printre functiile sale enumeram: ranforseaza carcasa, imbunatateste legatura intre banda de rulare si carcasa, amortizeaza socurile transmise carcasei, uniformizeaza repartitia eforturilor la franare si tractiune imbunatatind stabilitatea directionala.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Nervura antisoc</strong> = are rolul de a proteja anvelopa impotriva loviturilor laterale.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Talon anvelopa</strong> = partea rigida a anvelopei cu care se monteaza pe janta.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Baza talonului</strong> = suprafata interioara cilindrica sau conica cu care pneul se monteaza pe janta.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Calcaiul talonului</strong> = muchia rotunjita de la exteriorul talonului.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Inelele talonului</strong> = mai multe straturi de sarma izolate in cauciuc, constituie elementele de rezistenta si rigiditate ale talonului.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Invelitoare de talon anvelopa</strong> = benzi inguste din panza cauciucata care infasoara inelele de talon pentru a impiedica desfacerea lor.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Umplutura de talon anvelopa</strong> = snur din amestec de cauciuc cu sectiune circulara si triunghiulara care asigura trecerea de la inelul metalic catre flancul anvelopei.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Strat de ermetiza</strong> = pelicula de cauciuc impermeabil la aer.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Camera de aer</strong> = tub toroidal din cauciuc, impermeabil la aer prevazut cu o valva pentru introducerea aerului. Grosimea peretilor sai nu este constanta, ea fiind mai groasa in zona de contact cu janta.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Centura de protectie sau brekerul</strong> are rolul de a amortiza socurile, realizand o legatura rezistenta intre banda de rulare si carcasa. El se executa dintr-o retea de cord de otel acoperita de un strat de cauciuc, de grosime 3-7 mm si actioneaza ca un cerc de fier în îmbunatatirea rigiditatii din zona benzii de rulare.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Captuseala interioara </strong><strong>este</strong> stratul de cauciuc din interiorul unei <span class='wp_keywordlink'><a href="http://www.anvelope.ro" title="anvelope " target="_blank">anvelope</a></span> fara camera (tubeless) pentru protectia impotriva pierderii presiunii aerului la functionarea obisnuita.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Flancul anvelopei</strong> este format din stratul superficial care acopera peretii laterali ai carcasei asigurand protectia acesteia la solicitarile mecanice primite din exterior si la umiditate.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Talonul anvelopei </strong>defineste marginea întarita a bordurii anvelopei asigurând rezistenta fixarii acesteia pe janta. Rigiditatea si durabilitatea talonului sunt asigurate de insertia metalica, construita din cercuri de sarma de otel, invelite in masa de cauciuc.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Camera de aer</strong> este un tor din cauciuc natural sau sintetic, prevazut cu o valva, prin care se introduce aer sub presiune. Volumul de aer din interiorul camerei constituie, alaturi de anvelopa, elementul elastic al rotii de automobil.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Elementul cel mai important in utilizarea autovehiculelor, indiferent de natura acestora, este <strong>siguranta circulatiei</strong>, de care va depinde, in primul rand, viata conducatorului auto si a persoanelor din masina si imediata apropiere a acesteia si, in al doilea rand, <strong>integritatea valorilor transportate</strong>, inclusiv cea a autovehiculului. Siguranta circulatiei depinde de toate elementele componente ale partii de legatura cu solul (<strong>frane, suspensie, <span class='wp_keywordlink'><a href="http://www.anvelope.ro" title="anvelope " target="_blank">anvelope</a></span>)</strong>, cel mai important element fiind reprezentat de anvelopa deoarece este singurul element care leaga automobilul direct de sol.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">La automobilele moderne toate fortele perturbatoare care actioneaza  asupra autovehiculului, mai putin fortele aerodinamice, sunt generate in  <strong>pata de contact dintre anvelopa si calea de rulare.</strong> Intelegerea in  detaliu a interactiunii dintre anvelopa si cale, conditiile de  functionare si fortele si momentele rezultante in pata de contact, este  un aspect esential a dinamicii totale a automobilului.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Daca am sectiona transversal o anvelopa am putea observa o <strong>structura compacta de cauciuc</strong> cu insertii de materiale (bumbac, vascoza, fibre poliamidice, metal, etc). In realitate, structura compacta de cauciuc natural sau sintetic, care se realizeaza prin <strong>procesul de vulcanizare</strong>, este formata din doua sau mai multe straturi de baza care reprezinta <strong>carcasa, </strong>peste care sunt adaugate celelalte elemente<strong>.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Carcasa </strong>constituie scheletul anvelopei si se confecţionează din straturi de fibre textile sau din materiale sintetice, cunoscute sub denumirea de „ pliuri de cord”, care alterneaza cu straturi din cauciuc. <strong>Cordurile </strong><strong>reprezinta f</strong>ibre rasucite sau fire din poliester, celofibra, nailon sau otel care asigura rezistenta carcasei anvelopei si curelelor. Marimea rezistentei unei anvelope este dată de <strong>numarul pliurilor echivalente</strong> (Ply-Rating-PR), care reprezinta numarul conventional de straturi de retea de cord din anvelopa incarcata la <strong>sarcina maxima admisa.</strong> Un pliu echivalent corespunde retelei de cord din bumbac, avand sarcina de rupere a firului 90 N.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>2. Extrudare</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Cauciucul racit este <strong>decupat in placi </strong>care sunt transportate catre extrudere pentru modelare. Aceste extrudere pregatesc diferite amestecuri pentru masinile de preincalzire, unde placile sunt despicate in fasii pentru a fi transformate in flancuri, benzi de rulare sau alte componente ale unei <span class='wp_keywordlink'><a href="http://www.anvelope.ro" title="anvelope " target="_blank">anvelope</a></span>. <strong>Un alt tip de cauciuc</strong> imbraca materialul textil folosit pentru realizarea corpului anvelopei. De asemenea sunt folosite multe tipuri de materiale textile: poliester, vascoza sau nailon.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>3. Talon</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">O alta componenta a anvelopei, in forma de inel este talonul. Acesta permite pozitionarea si mentinerea anvelopei pe janta.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>4. Pliuri</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Urmeaza doua straturi de material textil pliat, numite cord. Sunt fixate apoi doua fasii de panza care previn desprinderea anvelopei de pe janta in momentul montarii.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>5. Banda de rulare</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Fabricantul fixeaza centurile din otel rezistente la perforari, care stabilizeaza banda de rulare. Ultimul element care se monteaza pe anvelopa este banda de rulare. Dupa ce toate componentele sunt presate ferm, anvelopa, numita acum „verde”, poate fi vulcanizata si inspectata.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>6. Vulcanizare</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Presa de vulcanizare da anvelopei forma definitiva si modelul benzii de rulare. Aceste matrite dau forma si vulcanizeaza anvelopa. Acestea contin modelul benzii de rulare, inscriptiile de pe flancul anvelopei care apartin fabricantului, precum si alte inscriptii conform normelor legale. Anvelopele sunt vulcanizate la <strong>peste 300 de grade </strong>pentru 12-25 minute, in functie de dimensiuni.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>7. Inspectia</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In cazul in care anvelopa prezinta chiar si cea mai mica imperfectiune, aceasta este respinsa. Defectele sunt observate fie de ochiul si mana antrenata a unui inspector, fie de masini specializate. Inspectia anvelopei nu se opreste la suprafata. Anvelopele <strong>sunt luate la intamplare</strong> din linia de productie si inspectate cu raze X pentru a detecta eventuale defecte sau imperfectiuni interne. In plus, cu regularitate, inginerii de control al calitatii aleg la intamplare anvelope si le sectioneaza pentru <strong>a studia fiecare detaliu</strong> al constructiei care poate afecta performanta, rularea sau siguranta.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong></strong>Consumul de combustibil si metodele de reducere a acestuia sunt mereu de actualitate. <strong>Energia chimica </strong>regasita in combustibil este transformata de catre motorul cu ardere interna in energie mecanica, folosita pentru punerea in miscare a autovehiculului.<strong> In cadrul procesului de transformare</strong> apar diferite pierderi, astfel incat nu toata energia continuta de combustibil va fi disponibila ca energie mecanica. Ca urmare, randamentul este subunitar si variaza in functie de regimul de functionare al motorului. Mersul la relanti constituie un exemplu de <strong>randament zero</strong>, intrucat consumul de combustibil nu produce energie utila.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Consumul real al autovehiculului </strong>difera de cel anuntat in fisa tehnica, fiind influentat de gradul de aglomerare al traficului si de stilul de conducere. Este bine ca, in timpul deplasarilor cu masina, pe langa atentia acordata traficului, sa tinem cont si de aspectele care conduc la <strong>reducerea consumului</strong>. Desi la prima vedere ar putea parea ca nu are legatura cu subiectul, utilizarea corecta a fortei de inertie poate determina economii de carburant, dar si reduceri ale sumelor platite in service. Mai exact, <strong>forta de inertie</strong> tinde sa conserve starea de miscare sau stationare a autovehiculului.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>La pornirea de pe loc</strong>, forta de inertie va trebui invinsa cu ajutorul energiei mecanice produsa de motor prin arderea unei cantitati de combustibil insa, atunci cand autoturismul se afla in miscare, ea actioneaza in sensul pastrarii vitezei de deplasare si este necesar mai putin combustibil pentru mentinerea acesteia. In acest sens, <strong>utilizarea excesiva a franei de serviciu</strong> va determina pierderi de energie cinetica, aceasta fiind transformata in energie termica prin frecarea dintre placute si discurile de frana. Cu cat putem pastra mai mult timp <strong>viteza constanta</strong>, cu atat mai mic va fi consumul.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small; color: #000000; background-color: #ffffff;"><strong>Flancul anvelopei</strong><span style="font-weight: normal;"> = este un invelis protector din cauciuc la exteriorul anvelopei. Are rolul de a rezista la taiere, decojire si crapare.</span></span></h3>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small; color: #000000; background-color: #ffffff;"><strong>Talonul anvelopei</strong><span style="font-weight: normal;"> = este considerat baza anvelopei, format dintr-o impletitura din sarma de otel rezistent izolata cu cauciuc. Talonul ancoreaza anvelopa de janta. </span></span></h3>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small; color: #000000; background-color: #ffffff;"><strong>Intaritura</strong><span style="font-weight: normal;"><strong> anvelopa</strong> = Aceasta creste rigiditatea zonei talonului, limitand astfel deformarea si crescand durabilitatea talonului. De asemenea ajuta talonul sa transmita cuplul de la janta catre carcasa (ranforsarea) anvelopei.</span></span></h3>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small; color: #000000; background-color: #ffffff;"><strong>Cauciucul interior</strong><span style="font-weight: normal;"> = Cauciucul interior este parte integranta a oricarei <span class='wp_keywordlink'><a href="http://www.anvelope.ro" title="anvelope " target="_blank">anvelope</a></span> tubeless (fara camera). Acopera interiorul anvelopei de la un talon la altul si impiedica aerul sa iasa din anvelopa.</span></span></h3>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small; color: #000000; background-color: #ffffff;"><strong>Ranforsarea (carcasa) anvelopei</strong><span style="font-weight: normal;"> = La anvelopele radiale, consta intr-un singur strat de sarma de otel. Aceasta se intinde de la un talon la altul, perpendicular pe directia de miscare, de aici termenul &#8220;radial&#8221;. Ranforsarea este componenta principala care mentine presiunea care la randul ei suporta greutatea vehiculului. De asemenea, ea transmite cuplul si fortele de torsiune intre banda de rulare, breakere, talon si janta.</span></span></h3>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: small; background-color: #ffffff;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Breakere</strong><span style="font-weight: normal;"> = Breakerele sunt straturi de sarma de otel (uneori si nylon) aflate intre banda de rulare si carcasa anvelopei. Anvelopele off-road pot avea si 5 straturi de breakere in timp ce anvelopele de strada au de obicei unul sau doua. Sarmele din otel din constructia lor se intind diagonal pe directia de invartire. Breakerele cresc rigiditatea benzii de rulare ceea ce sa traduce intr-o mai mare rezistenta la taiere si deformare. <h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Banda de rulare anvelopa</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: normal;"> = este realizata din compusi de cauciuc vulcanizat si are proprietati dintre cele mai variate: rezistenta la uzura, la taiere, la temperaturi inalte, la inaintare sau orice combinatii intre acestea. Scopul principal al benzii de rulare este sa transmita fortele dintre restul anvelopei si sol.</span></h3>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Flancul anvelopei</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: normal;"> = este un invelis protector din cauciuc la exteriorul anvelopei. Are rolul de a rezista la taiere, decojire si crapare.</span></h3>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Talonul anvelopei</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: normal;"> = este considerat baza anvelopei, format dintr-o impletitura din sarma de otel rezistent izolata cu cauciuc. Talonul ancoreaza anvelopa de janta. </span></h3>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Intaritura</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: normal;"> = Aceasta creste rigiditatea zonei talonului, limitand astfel deformarea si crescand durabilitatea talonului. De asemenea ajuta talonul sa transmita cuplul de la janta catre carcasa (ranforsarea) anvelopei.</span></h3>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Cauciucul interior</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: normal;"> = Cauciucul interior este parte integranta a oricarei anvelope tubeless (fara camera). Acopera interiorul anvelopei de la un talon la altul si impiedica aerul sa iasa din anvelopa.</span></h3>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ranforsarea (carcasa) anvelopei</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: normal;"> = La anvelopele radiale, consta intr-un singur strat de sarma de otel. Aceasta se intinde de la un talon la altul, perpendicular pe directia de miscare, de aici termenul &#8220;radial&#8221;. Ranforsarea este componenta principala care mentine presiunea care la randul ei suporta greutatea vehiculului. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Rotiile autovehiculului reprezinta mecanismele principale ale sistemului de rulare. Ele <strong>asigura </strong>sprijinul pe  sol al autovehiculului,<strong> transmit</strong> fortele necesare propulsarii, franarii si virarii si <strong>amortizeaza</strong>, in parte, socurile produse de neregularitatile drumului.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Roata autovehiculului este formata din doua subansamble :</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">&#8211;         <strong>janta</strong> – element care se fixeaza pe butucul rotii si pe care se monteaza cauciucul;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">&#8211;         <strong>cauciucul</strong> – container toroidal, flexibil, umplut cu gaz (aer sau azot) sub presiune, cu <strong>structura complexa</strong>; este format din : <strong>anvelopa</strong> si <strong>valva</strong> (<span class='wp_keywordlink'><a href="http://www.anvelope.ro" title="anvelope " target="_blank">anvelope</a></span> tubeless) si, eventual <strong>camera de aer</strong> (anvelope cu camera de aer).</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Din punct de vedere al geometriei, la partea exterioara a anvelopei putem delimita urmatoarele zone :</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>1. Banda de rulare</strong> -este parte a anvelopei care vine in contact cu suprafata drumului avand un <strong>profil </strong>specific</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>2. Umarul</strong> – este reprezentat de zona de trecere de la banda de rulare la flanc</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>3. Flancul</strong> &#8211; este partea laterala a anvelopei unde sunt aplicate de regula informatiile tehnice despre anvelopa</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>4. Talonul</strong> &#8211; este partea anvelopei care se sprijina pe janta asigurand fixarea acesteia sub presiunea gazului din interior</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Este important sa stiti care standard este aplicabil anvelopei, pentru oricare indice de marime furnizat. Avand in vedere ca la orice presiune de umflare capacitatea de incarcare difera, trebuie sa cunoasteti fiecare standard pentru <span class='wp_keywordlink'><a href="http://www.anvelope.ro" title="anvelope " target="_blank">anvelope</a></span>.<br />
<strong>De exemplu:</strong> Indicele de sarcina 95 este un cod numeric asociat cu sarcina maxima pe care o anvelopa o poate suporta la viteza indicata de simbolul de viteza al cauciucului (&#8220;T&#8221;, de exemplu), în anumite conditii specificate de lucru.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Anvelopele cu indicele de sarcina asemanator, indiferent de dimensiunea anvelopei, pot suporta aceeasi sarcina , dar nu intotdeauna, si pot solicita presiuni substantial diferite  de umflare. <strong>Indicele de sarcina</strong> nu poate fi utilizat independent pentru a accepta inlocuire anvelopei. Un indice de sarcina egal sau mai mare nu corespunde intotdeauna unei capacitati de incarcare egale sau mai mari in toate setarile de presiune. Acest aspect este scos in evidenta in special atunci cand se compara anvelope P-metrice si anvelope Euro-metrice de autoturisme.<strong> </strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>IMPORTANT!</strong> Din motivele amintite anterior anvelope P-metrice si Euro-metrice, chiar si cu indicatori de dimensiuni identici, nu pot fi interschimbabile.</p>
